Busy live environment Live European Analyst (Current Employee) – London – 2 January 2018 Working under pressure in a fast and quick- on- your feet way, supervisory team and management, in general, are very supportive and always willing to help Was this review helpful? Yes No Report Fast paced and exciting Journalist, Sports media content writer (Former Employee) – Leeds – 4 August 2017 Only here a week, however, staff were lovely and helpful. Very different Transmission controller (Former Employee) – Leeds, West Yorkshire – 26 June 2017 Always something new going on. New and up coming company branching out in many new places. Focusing on streaming love sports to Germany and Japan at this moment in time. Manager Senior Operations Engineer (Former Employee) – Bangor, County Down – 10 April 2017 Great company to work for but Pay could be better. I liked the range of equipment we got to control a be the autonomy to resolve client issues and the encouragement given to try new methodologies abd practices. Proactive Production Company Senior Media Manager (Current Employee) – Feltham, Greater London – 30 January 2017 Perform is a good sporting broadcast company with a lot of potential for the right candidate to succeed. There is a lot of content that Performs deals with, giving candidates ample opportunities for future prospects. Not balanced Data (Former Employee) – London – 30 March 2016 Perform is an Umbrella organisation where the attitude towards the companies under it is not balanced. Purchased companies have been neglected and favouritism shown towards their OTT service. Limited areas to progress into.Staff have been needlessly relocated. I enjoyed working for Opta, not for Perform. Was this review helpful? Yes No Report A growing company that has forgotten to look after the staff Web Developer (Former Employee) – Feltham – 9 February 2016 The company grows very fast and successfully. However, while doing so, it forgot to look after the staff that created that success below management level. It's more than happy for experienced, veteran staff to leave and replace with new staff without passing on the knowledge of that person. Creating knowledge vacuums across the company. Rewards for the staff are insignificant and huge amounts of work need to be done just to earn something in line with inflation. The location of the office in Feltham is not appealing or helpful for work at all.
Overworked staff, little reward, confused management, horrible location

The managers are very helpful, they are interested in the individual and contribute to your success. Former Employee Head of Operations (Former Employee) – Feltham – 10 July 2015 Perform is a fast paced, exciting environment to work in with a group of talented, friendly and dedicated people that are a pleasure to work with. Sports company Content Coordinator - Eplayer Journalist (Current Employee) – Feltham, Middlesex, London – 28 April 2014 A good play to start as a sports lover. Possible to join different departments and get a good extra salary while you are learning new tasks and getting new skills.
A place to work in different departments where you can learn and multitask
Exciting and Growing Company Acting Production Coordinator (Current Employee) – London, ENG – 10 February 2014 Perform is expanding by they day - both in its global reach and range of products. I worked in a fantastic team of driven production managers, learning the ins and outs of coordinating shoots and events in the UK and abroad. We faced the challenges of meeting immovable, tight deadlines on a daily basis - but succeeding in this was one of the most satisfying aspects of the job. I most enjoyed the times when I was out and about meeting the people I work with and overseeing the events as they occurred.
