Fairly standard questions, past experience, future goals etc. The interviews are more about getting to know the person rather than what they can do, we can teach the job but you can't teach a personality and that's really important here/in this job!
The interview process is like no other I have had before. They focus on if you are right for the job, whether the job is right for you and whether you would fit well within the team, all equally. In my opinion, this is the best way to make sure the applicant stays.
We have a 40hour week here at Perfect Placement, typically 08.30-17.45 Monday to Thursday and 08.30-16.00 on a Friday.
However, our office is open from 8.00 through to 18:45 most days to enable our consultants the flexibility to speak with our Candidates outside of the typical working hours as we know you can't always use your phone at work.
It is fun. It's great being able to wake up everyday and look forwards to going to work. There is also strong competition within the team to keep you working at your very best, day in day out.
There isn't one - we do have a bike to work scheme though that allows you to buy a bike VAT free and pay monthly over 12 months.
