Just because you can sell cars does not make you a good manager... The same people get incentives, the managers all stick together and no respect is shown to the minions. Pay also bad, except for management who work the minions hard and expect us to have no life and work extra hours so they can hit targets and benefit financially. Sometimes all you need to hear is a simple thanks. You don’t, and that’s why people like me leave!

They have taken away our car user cars and gave used cars ones off the pitch and new had to drive demos just to save money

The company is portrayed very differently to how it is when you actually start working for them. You will be told how you can earn a lot through the commission structure. They wont show you this until you start however.
