Bad management on all levels, total disregard for people. Run as a communist state, no overtime rates,£ 36,00 for whole Sunday. They spent alot of time painting a rosey picture, but reality soon bites when you start work. The time and limit your toilet breaks b4 docking your pay. Don't do it, complete waste of time.
