The company has 700-800 BDMs misselling card machines to different merchants. They do not advise the penalties of cancellation and when merchants do want to cancel they are slapped with a hefty bill. Also the PCI charge is bullied upon merchants, who have to pay for a different service to merely understand what the PCI is.
The culture of the place - more... is great because of the people but the management is horrendous. - less
