Consistently get one... yes only one day off a week on bar outside of peak, during peak this sometimes doesnt happen. i worked for 2 and a half weeks straight last year with not as much as a thankyou. the day you have off also changes so although you technically have one day off a week, if its an earlier day in the week one week then a later day next week, you still find yourself working 10 or more days straight.

It's %25 but capt to a maximum of £250.00 off so if you choose a holiday costing £2000 like I did you lose out because it's not %25 on the total cost .not good enough %25 is %25 off

They like to appear friendly but as soon as you leave the interview they ring your local pub and badmouth you

No accommodation is provided for holiday sales advisers , lifeguards and bar / waiting /kitchen staff. The only accommodation that is provided is for the entertainments team , holiday home sales managers , general manager and complex / kitchen manager.

Lots of tattooed, smoking, vaping, intelligence challenged lunatics in management roles that couldn't manage to use a toilet roll effectively. Be ready for a clique culture, brown nosing, indifference and no opportunity. Lazy permanent staff who disappear when their line manager is off and lots of half wits who know how to do your job better than you do. The business have just got a new CEO lets hope he kicks some backsides.

There is a good programme on tv called undercover boss. I recommend that the new CEO undertakes this type of activity - the truth will be painful but it will help significantly
