Staff are lovely
Spent a lot of years with this company. It's had it's ups and downs. The workers are great - management, not so great. But overall a nice place to work.

Managers Manage with Nepotism
Unfortunately its a company that just like YES men or women - No chance of progression and poor directors who have not much experience having only worked at one company so the ideas and forward thinking is very poor - however it goes unnoticed by COO - CEO Winning awards and getting on a photograph seems to be a big thing here - Unfortunately these awards do not win big accounts - Paragon is struggling and the workload now on people is unbelievable talk of 70-80 caseloads unrealistic - 1.9 million down on last year and more by the end of this year - Covid cannot be blamed nor can cover ups on ESFA funding.

staff mistreated
Hr, do a great job they are one of the best departments. Some managers bully and harass you and form favourites. If you challenge someones thinking your thrown under the bus Many staff keep under the parapet in fear of being shot. As I said anyone speaks up they are separated from the team and pushed out. The company as a whole has good values and would be a great place to work. I guess you leave your manager not the company

Listen to your workforce
4 employees are now suffering with mental health. Another resigned. Low pay. Toxic work environment. Zero management presence. No-one is in control

Supportive Senior Management
Hard job to do, especially when learners avoid you but management on the whole were very supportive Can be extremely pressured especially when coming up to end of funding or taking over caseloads from other tutors who left
