'50%' off but manager and bosses very funny about you using the 50% off, they say were allowed to eat mistakes but money will be deducted from wages for doing so and whoever on shift will have th money deducted for making this mistake

Normally they will phone you and just ask you to come to a trial shift, and if you show up you've basically got the job (hardly anyone shows up). Questions would normally be about your availability. During the trial shift they will show you what a typical days work would be, from being on bases to makeline or on sides. And a trial shift is unpaid FYI.

Offer loyalty benefits to staff. I see a lot of people treat this as a throw away job. people dont stay long and those that do see no appreciation for their service or any benefits for example someone who has stayed with the company 2 years+ should get a premium hourly rate or something, as a way the company can show they value staff. As it stands now long term staff dont feel like they are valued.
