Before you become a recruitment consultant with us, we want to make sure that you are the right culture fit for our organisation. We recruit people at all levels and help them to develop their skills to become a world-class recruiter in the future. Our interview process comes in stages; first we will meet you to discuss your goals, motivations, and suitability for the role. Then, we will undergo a test to gauge your commercial skills. Lastly, dependant on your experience level, you will meet with a senior member of staff as a final stage.
Every team member who works for Page Personnel is proud to work for the business. The key aspects that keep people working for us are the great training and development schemes, the support that you are offered continuously throughout your career journey, and the positive environment in our offices.
Page Personnel operates on a target and reward basis. If you hit a certain target you will be promoted up the ranks until you are considered for Manager, Business Manager, or Director level positions. This can happen at any time of the year. However, on a support level your pay and performance are reviewed twice a year.
Similarly to interviewing for any role, you should be prepared to talk about the business and the role that you are interviewing for. Prepare competency-based answers based on your previous experience and rework your answers so that they fit well with the role you are going for. It is important to tailor your approach to each business to show your enthusiasm and drive for applying.
You will attend a rigorous interview process, which will include talking to the line manager or team member that you will be working closely with. Team fit is a key aspect of our business, because our teams work well together. Therefore, we need to ensure everyone who joins the business is the right fit.
At Page Personnel, we understand that you have a life outside of work, but we want you to feel as though you can be your entire self at work. Therefore, at the discretion of your line manager, we’re flexible enough to enable you to work remotely when needed.
We know that to improve yourself at work you need to be given constructive, regular feedback by your manager, and the head of your team. We offer feedback regularly through one-to-one meetings, appraisals, and operate an open door policy. It means you should always feel able to speak to a senior member of staff about your performance.
As a business, Page Personnel will continue to grow and recruit across more sectors each year. As teams continue to expand, we believe that the business will only thrive in the future.
Does Page Personnel require pre-employment background checks? What kind of background check does Page Personnel do and how long does it take to complete?
At Page Personnel, we will look into some aspects of your employment history. We will check your right to work and we will take references from previous employers.
