Decent company, pay could be better

Worked here in two admin/ support positions at the Churchill over 3 years. Overall, it is a decent enough place to work. Flexible start/end times, friendly staff and a patient focused ethos.

The only thing is the amount of work. The hospital has a high turnover rate, with positions unfilled for months at a time. This means that many staff have to - more... juggle several people's job. Having said that, managers are quite supportive and I was never in a position where I would have to regularly have to work overtime to catch up. But it can be a bit frustrating and stressful at times.
