The system is bad.Manager’s are not well supported.HR management is poor and not supportive to staff

Work environment depends where you work, most wards are pretty decent but some of the admin areas are falling down. A lot of the hospitals are dressed up in patient areas but as staff areas are very run down.

Turnover is very high so often you don't get much team spirit, not helped by managers who have blatant favourites, although like everywhere there are colleagues you will get on with.
