On rotation there are ‘late shifts’ 1-9pm to cover the old crisis team workload. Should be every 8 weeks for one week on. But due to staffing can be more 4weekly.

There are an acute wards for very unwell patients and ones for patients well enough to go out with them. Some managers are part of the team when some separate themselfs in the office all day every day. The common feature of all wards is a HUGE number of lazy staff who just do nothing or an absolute minimum and the last think they are care about are PATIENTS they meant to support and engage with.
