It's awful. Treat you like a prisoner. To hard work. Two people's job and they make you do it your own. That's why people leave this job. There is always shortage of drivers.

The interview process was fairly easy and you're asked questions about your skills, why you would like to work at Oxfam etc and show your CV unless this is your first work experience. And the great thing is you can wear casual clothing
