What is the interview process like at Oracle?

3 answers

  • Very friendly.

  • CV and interview

  • Personally I never went through an interview with Oracle as the company that I was working for previously was bought over by Oracle so ended up as an Oracle Employee. However, working with different teams and individuals from various business groups, I gather that the interview process is to allow the individual to express themselves, what achievements in life that they have been proud of and what it would mean to them to work for such a large scale organization. The company focuses more on the soft skills and the ability of the individual who has challenged themselves in different aspects of their lives. The focus is on how the person would be an asset to the team by understanding their drive and passion and what makes them get up every morning and for what purpose.
