Job culture
not the best place to work, in my experience
worked there for just over a year, wasn't convinced about the culture of the organization, high demand of workloads which spilled into my personal life with filling out tests certificates at home, at the time i was there, there was no progression, unfortunately the company had a "if we say jump, you say how high" policy which i didn't appreciate, underappreciated for the work the people on the ground did. the only thing that was a positive was the colleagues i worked with. 1. salary is ok if your not looking to earn any extra income. 2. hierarchy slightly deluded as to their position within the company. 3. "face fits" / "kiss a***" culture. 4. high work loads with no consideration for paperwork being filled in at home. 5. parking zones only allowing you a hour parking with a job that could last 3 hours ?
