Interview at Southampton. Guy was friendly wasn't to formal I was an hour late and he waited behind to see me.

Committed , hard working and enthusiastic. It's really open and everyone is encouraged to share their opinion (and be listened to). There are two sayings used a lot in Olleco - 'Be the best you can be' and 'We do things the right way' - both of which are genuinely believed and adhered to across the company.

Give your employees training on the job .don't just expect them to just get on with it .Then use underhanded tactics to dismiss them .horrible place

Olleco do their best to be flexible for people - whether permanently or for a short period - if they can possibly do it they will. I've seen lots of people helped with this.
