How is feedback from management delivered at OLIVER?

You should get regular feedback from your manager through weekly 1-2-1's. We use an online system for each employee, with their manager, to set objectives and goals. This is usually set up within your first week and then there should be weekly catch ups to give feedback and discuss progress on these objectives.
