The ORR is a very friendly place to work where someone is always willing to help. Typically the work is busy where much is expected of you, and there are a lot of learning opportunities as staff development is important.

The management staff are visible and generally approachable, however it can be difficult to get time with them to present ideas, - more... especially if you hold a more junior role.

The hardest part of the job is the culture; ORR can be resistant to change and the people tend to work in silos.
