Not good at solving staff problems. Bullying, harassment, grievance procedure. Leave staff in a state of unhealthy mind because some supervisors bully staff. Everyone suffers as does the companys reputation. I can't believe the reviews on here. I thought it was only the site I worked on. Very sad for such a big company. Come on OCS stop paying your managers to sit on their butts booking holidays, house hunting and internet shopping while in the office. It is theft from the company. Wake up. Get on site see what really goes on. Reward your staff the real workers..p.s. not even a xmas bonus or xmas party! Discusting!

The management cover up bullying, there is no support for the staff, even when you (try) to contact hr, they are slow if they bother to get back to you at all! very clicky company, wingeing amd moaning by the staff due to poor management!!
