Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) – Westhoughton, UK – 17 December 2018
It has to be one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for, I’m only in my first year here at PJH but it’s been a pleasure from day one. I got promoted within 9 months of working at PJH so it just shows that if you put the effort in, you’ll reap the rewards

Dont expect them to have your back if you need help with tesco management, oakwood managers leave you to deal with any hassle you have in store, you also work just as hard or harder than tesco staff, but you will be on rubbish wage, your just a number no matter how loyal you are, makes no difference, they will always put tesco befour there own staff.they will one day lose all there loyal staff, and get what they deserve be warned
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) – Westhoughton – 27 June 2017
My shifts were changed from 7-3 to 3-11 each week doing different jobs each day. I learned how to work well and hit my personal goals working in a team. The hardest part of the job was staying focused packing sim-cards all day and the most enjoyable part was definitely meeting and getting to know different people.

Amazing company. Support is always there. Management are friendly and encouraging. Training is good and equipment is up to date to do the job in hand. Varied role to give you variety and be a challenge. Great pay. Staff discount for Tesco store. Etc. Pension. Staff bonus. Same entitlements as Tesco employees. Ideal for someone to do as one job On the side of college or someone who has kids maybe.

Shift hours aren't long enough. Drving in for short days.
Merchandiser (Current Employee) – Southampton – 2 December 2016
One of the easiest jobs you'll ever do, however the pay is pretty low and they don't offer many hours...The hours are spread out within the space of a week, you spend your whole day waiting to work 3 hours a day. It's great for someone who wants to work part time and doesn't really need money.
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) – Bolton – 5 July 2016
just a standard job with an agency the work is ok and your always changing jobs per day so you won't get as bored as doing the same job role over and over again. the agency regarding hours arent to good as they dont know whos done a 12hr shift or not and will ring you up at 5 am even if you only finished your shift at 1am.
free drinks from machines, free gym, basketball, pool, tv and table football in canteen for all staff
agency arent very good of keeping tracked of when an employee has starting and finished
