Our employees in our company-owned stores do not get commission. They get a bonus every quarter and have access to incentives through our BeBrilliant Scheme which lets them win fantastic prizes/giveaways/holidays and points which can be exchanged for vouchers to be spent in a number of high street stores.

We do allow for flexible working at O2, but it will depend on the role you apply for. Predominately, our store hours are set. Flexible working is role dependant and will need to be discussed with your line manager or the hiring manager at the time of interview.

We try to accommodate students being able to transfer stores at Summer and Christmas but this is not always guaranteed.

There are three main steps in the process of getting hired at O2. The first step is to apply via the careers website, then a recruiter will call you for the second step which is a phone interview and the final step is a face to face interview with the Store Manager or the Hiring Manager if the role you have applied for is based in our Head Office.

Our staff get a number of discounts on their phone plans. Currently can get a phone and tablet both with 60GB of data and unlimited minutes and texts, they can also get an Apple Watch. On all of these, you only pay for the handset and not the airtime plan. You also get some discounts for friends and family. Please note, employee discount can change.
