You are not fully o2 staff members you work for a franchise, the franchise pays you very well compared to most sales environments but it is ran like a cult and they expect a LOT from staff, mandatory meetings and constantly forcing staff to look at and respond to emails and whatsapp messages so you never really finish working.
They have a habit of - more... promoting the most ruthless salespeople to management so a lot of unsavory people end up running the show.
They make the working environment oppressive in certain stores.
