What would you suggest Nurseplus management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Pay for travel time between clients' not just the fuel costs. Plus pay fuel costs to/from the first & last visits which may not be anywhere near where you live (these journeys count as a 'commute' so fuel costs are not paid)

  • Nothing as agency staff will come and go

  • Have been offered many jobs through working with NursePlus but to be honest why would i want to leave an organisation that caters for my needs and matches me perfectly with the people i work with. Canterbury branch are an amazing team
