Training excellent and the trainers have the knowledge. No you don't get paid for the training but if you are truly committed to care then this training is a must

Each area and the type of night will depend on the hourly rate
This could be a wake night - sleep night - a week night or a weekend night.
A care home setting or a individual clients own home.
The branch will inform you of the rates prior to taking up any offer of work.

It depends on every job that you go to and how complex peoples needs are. They very minimum you are paid is £8.10 you then get £1.10 or something like that extra but that goes down in your holiday pot, it’s very good how they work it all out.

No, they take it off your hourly rate & call it holiday allowance on payslip. Robbers... they have holiday pay down on website as a benefit!! It’s not a benefit when they lower your hourly rate & give you the difference as holiday pay.
