Our interviews will vary to suit each and every different career we have in our organisation. Lazy, inadequate, incompetent management who treat their admin staff with very little respect. Admin staff are not even given a company induction, and are very rarely given company updates. I found it quite humiliating. Don't join unless you enjoy being treated like an automaton who simply goes in, does what they are told, and goes home again.

If the advert is a Corporate Nuffield at a Bank or Law firm please apply you will have the best experience and the client has the final say so and this is usually a good thing and you be protected. However, if is a Consumer site and is run solely by Nuffield, you will be faced with impossible targets and your job will be dangled in front of you at every opportunity. On the surface, senior and higher manager will pretend they are giving you all the tools to be successfull when it fact, they are covering themselves for when they kick you to the curb. General Managers and regional mangers protect themselves and there is literally no one to speak to when things start to go wrong, HR for this company must be the worst I have ever encountered, they are awful and are impossible to contact. They always see to be around when it is time to fire you. This company will put you in deep deep depression and Consumer Nuffield will make you leave the fitness industry all together.
