Cost a lot to get different insurance DBS and you have to pay £100 back to the company for the training if you leave before you have completed a year.Lots if driving getting from one place to another in limited time.
No they don’t care about there reliable care assistants at all! And the coordinator needs to learn people skills! She constantly gets things wrong
I can see Novus care growing and becoming one of the main care agencies in the areas where the offices are. Watford, Canvey Island, Godalming, Cranleigh, Reading, Woking.
You only get paid for actual time inside a service users house, not for time in uniform, driving around or any 'gaps'. So you'll probably end up technically 'working' for double the hours you actually get paid for. So if you need pay for 30 hours a week, you'll need to be available 'in uniform & driving etc' for around 60 hours.
For me its home from home, i see my friends at work and the best part is i get to help people in their own homes daily. The support from Novus care as a whole is great and one of the best companies i have worked for
