I've worked for the company now for 7 years. Overall not a bad company to work for. Government cuts have forced the the company to act a little desperatly to find tenders that maybe go against the previous outllok on how care and support should be provided. With that the level of service has slipped, there does not seem to be the same push on training standards and progression.
The company also seems to move their managers around quite alot, internal interviews normaly are ear marked and they no longer have an impartial interviewer from HR when jobs come up, that's why I'm writing a review on a job site.
So, not a bad company to work for but don't expect a career with them unless you already have connections at management level.
