Worked here just under a year and in that time we had 2 new managers 1 new deputy manager, very hard work not a lot off money for what you do, if your sick 1 day you lose all your overtime that you have done, Rota isn’t always updated over the weekends you are guaranteed to be short staff, this home is nice to work in for the residents and relatives - more...
