Describing the workplace falsely

Change the manager of the call center. Also ensure that the brilliant policies were actually followed.

Shift rotation is not great and set to get worse with plans of changes to shift patterns. No set times but fair notice given to advise of shifts however then no possible way of changes given most rotations are 5 weeks notice. With children it's too difficult to work around with very strict unhelpful management or shift team. Always advised to get a swap which is near on impossible to get someone on similar training level willing to swap.

Answered

All very falsely informed. Information given is all scenario based. Not enough real life situations given before training commences. When this was bought up and I discussed this issue (as they state for improvement each month we fill in forms and are welcomed to offer info) however I was always told in what job do you get that much info before starting. I tried to back it up by stating this type of role is extremely difficult and stressful and high turnover of staff so more thorough informative interviews would benefit them and interviewees to be better informed... Team leader didn't care less about this info and unwilling to forward.
