All very falsely informed. Information given is all scenario based. Not enough real life situations given before training commences. When this was bought up and I discussed this issue (as they state for improvement each month we fill in forms and are welcomed to offer info) however I was always told in what job do you get that much info before starting. I tried to back it up by stating this type of role is extremely difficult and stressful and high turnover of staff so more thorough informative interviews would benefit them and interviewees to be better informed... Team leader didn't care less about this info and unwilling to forward.
Long and hard
My interview was competency based and I had questions such as "Tell us a time you went out of your way"
"What do you do if your work is piled up and you start to struggle"
I had two people interviewing me which were both my managers.
