I have left and team leader and management very poor. High expectations yet not enough care to staff. All results based how quick you can get a call done how quick you can provide care advise. Etc etc. Not transferring to clinician despite previously when uncertain being able to do so. Patient care is actually really poor they just want you off the phone as quick as possible don't care about trying to provide some quality care tk people feeling unwell, having mental health issues etc.
