Raise the pay for workers that work alone in a large area.
Listen to employees issues and try to do best choices for their lives as well as for the business. Happy employers equal more efficiency.
Firstly I would get rid of all the management that feels they can treat their employees like a piece of s**t .. then get rid of all the dead wood (i.e. employees that turn up to work thinking it’s a holiday camp ) NORSE when will you realise you do actually have very few hard working individuals working for you.. ON MINIMUM WAGE and yet the holiday campers still don’t do their own work!! Yep then the hard working individuals you actually have by the skin of your teeth have to do triple the work for the holiday campers .. You are constantly losing contracts..( little by little you will lose your existing “grounds team for a fact ) considering your ex manager of grounds maintenance left to go to the opposition a
