30 mins unpaid lunch break. If we’re lucky we get a 15 min paid coffee break in the morning. I haven’t had my coffee break in over a year as too busy.

Don't know but whatever it is it would more than likely be begrudged by management. Staff are a necessary evil it seemed to me and of course management aren't staff at all, they are superior beings where rules don't apply to them, seemingly.
