12 hour shifts, days and nights,these were split up and when you had time off you had a few days together off.

Don't know but whatever it is it would more than likely be begrudged by management. Staff are a necessary evil it seemed to me and of course management aren't staff at all, they are superior beings where rules don't apply to them, seemingly.
