Haven't left yet but am planning to leave as the management is very poor and all staff are being treated awfully. We are also not compensated enough considering we are having to carry sofas throughout the store on only £3,300 a year!

It varies store to store. Depends what time you receive your delivery and how frequently you get them. Smaller stores may offer a smaller contract with only 2 deliveries. Larger stores may ask you to work 5 days a week as they have more stock to process. Shifts can start at any time and end at any time. Completely depends on the store.
