After starting 3 days a week (part time) the second day in the job i was rotated in for 7 days straight with 3 midnight finishes. After being assured they would TRY and give me less...bam the same next week. The can’t retain staff for this reason hence the constant overtime everyone is forced into. Other staff warned me when I started as it’s the norm. If you want any kind of life or to ever see your kids stay away

Because they are the worst company to work for. No offence to the decent people who work for them but I hope it’s the next place to go into administration.

Haven't left yet but am planning to leave as the management is very poor and all staff are being treated awfully. We are also not compensated enough considering we are having to carry sofas throughout the store on only £3,300 a year!
