Our interviews are competency based, if you want to have the best chance of being successful we recommend:
1 - Have a look at our website, social media ETC and get an understanding of the work we do and department you may be joining.
2 - Read the job description carefully and familiarise yourself with the key skills and requirements, prepare examples of how you can demonstrate these.
3 - Refresh yourself with STAR interview techniques.
Again, dependant on the role. Our Paralegal roles (Case Managers an Litigators) for example, are very straight forward. My advice? Read up about newlaw before attending the interview, understand the job spec and make sure you prepare answers to competency bases questions (The STAR technique for answering questions will help!)
