The staff discount is now 40% off of all full price items. This is capped, and there is a limit to how much you can spend each year. You can also buy for one other person on your staff card. Staff also receive 25% off of concession clothing with the staff card and the card can be used either online or in store. Each month, you receive six 25% off vouchers which you can hand out to family and friends to be used in store or online.

I think the interview process and overall structure really depends on the store and the managers.
At my local store, the manager was friendly and empathetic and just asked technical competency-based questions.
However nonetheless it was very informal but structural to the extent that it was relaxing and stress free.
