New Look needs to reassess how they can give employees ample breaks and accessibility to getting a drink. While I understand that the customer is New Look's priority as a company ethic, staff are also entitled to be able to eat and drink within the premises of their working life. As it should be a legal requirement for staff to have breaks after 4 hours, 6 hour shifts especially need to be addressed as an issue for breaks; any staff working 6 hours should at least have 15 minutes to refresh themselves, eat and drink.

Have a better look at all of there managers a lot of the time its down to the management team why members of staff leave feeling like they can't talk to them or are being picked on and don't be appreciated enough for all hard work they do, when the manager takes and gets all the credit.
