Smart but fashionable. Definitely not the black and white suit attire. Too boring and dull for the industry.

Recently I went for an interview for Xmas staff. It was a group interview, you start off with your name, a fact and why you want to work for newlook. Then you get put Into groups and pick an outfit for a person they describe e.g 49 year old who hates their arms and legs then you discuss your outfit to the other group and manager. You then go into groups again and then go over scenarios like shoes lying on the floor and what you’d do to solve the issues. After that you go over the hours you are available and that’s pretty much it
