Culture is pretty toxic especially in Capacity Planning. Most people have been there for a short period of time massive staff turnover. The money is rubbish for what is a highly skilled job. People usually move to a better job in NR. There is enormous pressure and many Managers are inexperienced. They talk about no blame culture
There are some nice people. Use it as a way in and get out as quick as possible. NR overall is good if you can find the right job
