Lack of communication
My line manager was never informed of my long term health conditions. She would not allow any compensation for them. I was told the job would not just be sat at a desk data inputting but more admin work involving telephoning solicitors etc, sending out cheques, closing customer accounts. I was told that I could have two 10 minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon which were for going to the toilet and getting a drink along with my lunch hour, the rest of the time I was expected to be at my desk working.
