How should you prepare for an interview at Nationwide Crash Repair Centres Ltd?

7 answers

Nationwide have an excellent applicant tracking system in pace which means every applicant is responded to whether or not they are successful. Every application is received by the Talent Team who are a team of recruitment specialists. The talent team review all CV's and where appropriate send them to the hiring manager for a further review. If the hiring manager feels your skill set matches the role you will be invited to an interview and if successful you will be offered the role. It's generally a very quick and friendly process.

They will take anybody on they are so desperate, don't do it, they will lie to you from interview right up to when you hand your notice in , run by liers out to line their own pockets , company run on back handers and deciet , managers are all puppets with little experience in repairing cars only interested in spreadsheets

Desperate for workers so u have the job, turn up in a mankinie

Best advice is not to get out of bed. You'll still get the job as they are that desperate for staff due to extreme turnover of staff

Dont go avoid them

When you go through the door turn around and walk away

Turn around at the front door, get back in your car and go back home.
