Pay reviews happen yearly. You have a conversation with your leader about how you would rate your performance and are required to provide evidence to back this up. This is completed in April and then pay increase would happen in June time.
Answered 3 January 2020Can book holidays as and when you need them throughout the year as long as the hours are available (ie it hasn't already been requested by multiple other people) for your department. Around 4 and a half weeks holiday a year (based off full time)

Answered 25 March 2020Only problems with holiday is that you are only allowed one person taking holiday at a time in branch so can be very difficult for people with children or even just to book a holiday when wanted
