Its an incredibly long process and for me a very short time to do a practical task .Three people were asking questions just for a low paid job
God knows what working there is like .I think its full of people who think "its nice to work for charity"

Be charismtic, kind and friendly. Smile a lot. I also come across like you really enjoy engaging with customers and how you've always wanted to make and serve coffee. Qualifications are not the main requirements, instead work experience or potential of growth is a better indearment.
