What would you suggest National Trust management do to prevent others from leaving?
Treat people like human beings for a change rather than drones. stop micromanaging. a lot more than they're doing now tbh
Usually via complaints from mysterious other people. You never have complaints said to your face just get told that other people have said etc etc. always negative too. they think that giving you bad feedback and treating you like rubbish will make you into a dedicated hard working employee. it doesnt.
and bright colourful hair is definitely not allowed or infact pierced ears/bone through the nose is a definite no no
Only if you have kids. really it's not encouraged. you're encouraged to be at your desk all day every day, preferably dont take lunch and do overtime without thanks.
