Personally found the experience okay. Some customers are extremely kind, positive and polite which makes your day however some can be rude and/or grumpy affecting job satisfaction. Furthermore, if you are directly dealing with customers you will face the brunt of the criticism from them even when the situation is not your fault and you can't do anything - more ... about it. However this situation occurs with the majority of jobs involving serving customers. - less
