'Group assessment' at Digbeth. Basically those who shouted the loudest were invited back for a proper interview on the same day. Fail the group assessment, you never hear anything from them again. Stupid system where they'll apparently phone you within 2 hours. The entire process was cold and hostile.

Policy was good and supportive for staff - I only had one day off in eight years, which unfortunately I wasn't paid for as you had to be off a minimum of seven days to qualify, which seems like poor reward for those in good health.
