Peer Mentor Coordinator (Former Employee) – Lincoln – 10 July 2019
Nacro was by far the best place I have worked. The ethos was encouraging and you really feel like you are making a difference. I worked in the Drug and Alcohol service which sadly closed but I wont hesitate in returning if the correct post was available.

Not a friendly, supportive or professional company to work for. Very much a finger pointing, blame culture without support offered where needed. Some senior managers are shockingly bad. Never worked anywhere like it and couldn't wait to leave. Staff aren't treated like humans, simply robots. Not a person centred company. Many feel disrepected, and not cared for.
Centre Manager (Former Employee) – Leeds – 1 November 2019
Appalling, has the cheek to call itself a charity, low wages, expect too much from staff and refuse to act on feedback from staff who have left about the reason they have left. No genuine care for the young people it’s supposed to work with and money driven. Don’t bother even applying you’ll regret it.
