Thank you for your question.

Nacro ask questions based on our values alongside technical questions related to the role being applied for. We may also ask for a presentation to be delivered depending on the nature of the role. For Teachers and Tutors we ask for a micro teach to be undertaken and for some roles we may request a data exercise is completed. At the point of being invited to interview candidates will be made aware of the exact format of the interview.

Managers make candidates feel as relaxed as possible and we recognise that an interview is a two way process, allowing candidates the chance to ask us questions about the role and the company.
